Our server Amber is an absolute gem! We look forward to seeing her every time we visit for our "every other Friday" lunch dates. Tonight we brought in a party of 20 people and our experience was absolutely flawless. Two guests, or twenty.. Amber knows how to handle the room with ease. Always impeccable service, and great food. Clean, extremely friendly with fast service. Our waitress was so sweet. Very attentive and after a long day it was very appreciated. It was my birthday which I chose to keep quiet about but I saw them celebrate with another patron. Food was wonderful and the scenery beautiful. If we are back in area again we will return.
Normally l would think that a restaurant next to a hotel would be of "meh" quality. After my first visit a few months ago, l was pleasantly surprised as to how nice this place is, good the food is fantastic and they have a fine salad bar, and wonderful staff here. Now l eat here at least once a week! I have yet to have a menu item that is underwhelming.
Very neat,clean facility. Food was yummy and service by Liz was awesome. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful at front desk. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly. We will be back. Nice view of the river.
The food was well put together and tasted great. However, I think the poutine fries were not good at all - personal preference! But if you like a lot of gravy (as poutine is), then you'll enjoy it ! The environment was nice and quaint, very clean ! The atmosphere was sweet, and our server was very attentive in making sure our drinks were never empty ! I would recommend it and I'd always recommend the salmon!
I had a great meal and excellent service especially for a wonderful birthday dinner. Alisha made my birthday special. She had great smile, I had the Steak and Fries with side salad, my hubby had the fish and chips. He loved everything even the coffee.
Watching how Liz mentors and coaches the rest of the staff is a pleasure to watch. Every word spoken is measured and to the point. The young staff are very attentive to their tables but also pay close attention to everything Liz says and does. I have work on some very effective teams and one thing is true on all of them. Good Leadership cannot be faked. By the way the hamburger I ordered was the best I have had since I got to Moses Lake.
The food was delicious! It's a little pricey but it was very good! The waitress Liz was fabulous. She was quick-witted and very funny! She made our dining experience even better because of her quick-witted charm.
